machines are gilotine(use in printing industry) and another one that is comming is die cutter. Circuit protected is by old type "flat ends" fuses (I think they are NSD or ESD called).

As English isn't your first language there could be some misinterpretation but it doesn't sound like you are an electrician so you shouldn't really be touching anything, you certainly shouldn't be contemplating installing 3 phase circuits.
