at a college there is a road into car park with a barrier... along side there is a footpath.... the 'students' keep walking in the road after a vehicle and then act all surprised when the barrier lowers onto them... after fitting photocells to stop it continuing down after its detected someone there is still a problem so now had to make it go slower
if this is the best we have of students these days, there is no hope for the future... maybe their mammy should be with them at college to remind them to walk on the footpath and not on the road :facepalm:
my suggestion of a row of spikes along the bottom of the boom (they will soon get the hint once word gets round of what will happen when you do walk under) was dismissed...
