Haven't done much tray work and have a job coming up which may involve a fair bit of containment, have you guys got any tips when working with tray ie forming your own bends and sets.

All I can suggest is that a good supply of tea or coffee and bacon butties will always help any work that may be a bit repetitive, measure, cut fix, measure cut, fix.

electrical tray installation, or electrical tray fabrication,

All good tips. A lot of it is logic, just think how you should cut it for the desired shape.

File, hacksaw, m6's and a big flat driver. Oh and an 11m spanner will help with the square nuts.

I would recommend gloves, I sawed through my thumb from the tray sliding as I cut through it.
