Yes and we have stainless unistrut its just how to bolt to van as theres no gutters as such just some M6 tapped holes... would need to fabricate something. Will look at it next week!

rev, I used some normal 50mm unistrut, cut half way between the slots, approx 4" lengths, bit of rattle can undercoat then some rattle can matt black, drilled two 8mm holes in each through van roof and siliconed them on, bolted down with some stainless bolts I had kicking around,

I cant really drill through the van roof as its not mine! Only just had it repaired after wrecking it in december (not my fault tho)

apart from the big man himself.

gripfill/liquid weld, that stuff has some serious hold, I wouldnt want to be doing 90 down the M6 with 14' triples though!

I'll find a way of making one that bolts on to existing fittings. were quite good at fabricating stuff out of bits and pieces.

stackable boxes like the sortimo bosch ones? got some in the van now, cheepon ebay and u can get inserts for screw trays etc.

Yeh its a T5, cant find a picture of the side, might take one tomorrow once ive taken out all the shovels that are in there at the moment! The back is the best organised bit by far.

I got fed up of clambering in and out of my astra van so I made some sliding out racking with rails made of unistrut. crude but works.

They can cost a lot. mine cost nothing, few bits of unistrut and odds and ends of plywood. Just made a roofrack out of stainless unistrut too - looks OK
