Virgin Media Problems?

Hi All, cannot get my computer to sign into the virgin media email thingy. I can if i sign into virgin media's own site, but not using my win xp outlook express. Just went like it all of a sudden. A message comes up asking you to enter your username and password, but it does not work. Neither does another account with a different name and password, on a different machine, with a different operating system [Vista]

Any ideas?? Anyone else got the same?? I think it must be a fault at their end as it did it once before but apparently cured itself..

Oh yes, before i forget, i can receive emails, [even though it will apparently not let me sign in] but not send them....

are you using the right settings? did it work then not work or just never worked? what does your email end with - you need that bit for the mail server, its not always virgin media

mine works fine, except my phone randomly says its unavailable and needs password put in again. but i do know a few people who have had problems with them just closing the email account for some unknown reason
