Just to answer Wozz the salary is £40,000 Per Annum for the right person so if anyone is interested i look forward to hearing from you.

Competitive usually means around £19k and they want a HNC for the jobs I have looked at, 40K is a good wage you will get far more responses from that im sure, although DOE may be applicable in case you dont get quire what you are after.

You must have been already vetted and found not suitable if you can't open it.
