I am going to include paypal payments in my terms and conditions.Until tonight I never thought of it but in todays market its got to be a good thing.

Thanks for that sidewinding kick there Apache
Anytime :)

I wouldn't use Paypal, for an electrical business.

All it takes is one dis-honest client and then they do a "Chargeback" - you have then lost the payment.

There was a time that people couldn't do "Chargebacks" on 'non-goods' items. But I spoken to several people who have had chargebacks filed against them and the "Client" will/have won every time.

i have thought about the paypal option, but there are a few stories on paypal freezing accounts and not releasing money for 6 month etc because paypal think its fraud etc, and if someone does try to reclaim money etc

the simple answer is to get the money straight out of paypal!

If you set it up to transfer into your bank - it is easy to do and free if >

I have just registered a new Ltd company and may invest in a website.

I think it would be mainly used as a portfolio rather than a sales generator, but will see what results I get.
