ive always found hager devices very reliable but there is less room for rcbos in them than most boards.

yes cheap crap i think.
I'm not sure who makes them myself. Picked up the Wylex CU on a special offer from B&Q . At least you can get the MCB's and RCD's virtually at most suppliers..

I fit whatever is cheap at the time. Often Wylex / Volex / Marbo (all identical except the name printed on them) or recently ProElec from CPC.I quite like the ProElec ones, particularly the prices, MCB's

Hi Dave.. Never seen the ProElec ones myself With the breakers at that price and RCBO's at nearly a third at what the major CU manufacturers ones cost..Have you had any probs with them?
Here's one a an example http://cpc.farnell.com/pro-elec/aub1r-32a/rcbo-single-pole-32a/dp/PL1065814?Ntt=PL1065814 Just search from there to find other values, the MCB's and the CU's that go with them.

Not had any complaints or problems with them, and have been using them on and off for over 2 years.

Well our local B&Q have got a load of MK 10way fully equipped boards..

1 x 40A

4 x 32A

2 x 16A

3 x 6A

2 x 63A/30ma RCD's

1 x 100A main switch

These have 1 long main bus-bar you can cut too length(s) as required and 3 x neutral bars so you can configure as just 2 x RCD's or High integrity Non RCD + 2 x RCD's

Did 2nd fix on an extension yesterday and the sparky had put in a 4 module rcd board in for the kitchen work it was MCG

I thought it was good plenty of space

but who does them ?????

I use Steeple or Basics RCBO boards

also depends which side i need to put the tails when they cant be replaced.
