Fluke are not designed to go between phases ask KME.
virtually every short course guy I have ever met has used megger 'cos thats what we were taught with' and 'the tutor got us a good deal on them' ,
Megger is the choice of the 5 week wonder who doesn't actually know how to use a meter,
My Fluke 1653b was connected across 3 phases on Sunday evening, Red-L1, Green-L2, Blue-L3,m checking phase rotation at a machine, and, all was & is still fine.Fluke are not designed to go between phases ask KME.
1652'S don't do phase rotation although mine is over 5 years old so possibly the newer ones do.
