Hi!

I need advice how to connect this new wifi thermostat to replace my analog Honeywell one. Actual wiring attached.

I have a combi boiler for heating and water. There is a timer for weekdays and hours beside the boiler which is in use along with the thermostat.

Thanks in advance!

You might not be able to use that new one.

if there a neutral at the existing controller?
Looking at the wiring, there are 3 wires connected, many stats have a resistor used as a heater to narrow the hysteresis. IF this is the case with this one, there will be a neutral there hence why I asked for the model number to check the drawing etc.
