I've just got a HDMI cable to allow me to connect my Android tablet to our TV so we've watched a couple of films on it this afternoon,,, chuffed is not the word and I'm definitely going to get a Pi soon.

So the question is,,, does anyone have any good repos that they'd recommend?

as said before,

openelec is the OS to use

then get navi-x installed,

thats a good start,

have you got the remote downloaded to your phone?#

I have remote on my Android, on the iPhone, and the blackberry playbook, and they all work fine.  :)

At the moment I'm using my Android tablet plugged in via HDMI lead to my TV... I upgraded from an iPad ;)

Using XBMC media server on it and XBMC remote on my Android phone,,, works so well I'm definitely going to get a Pi and put openelec or raspbmc,,,, I've not looked at navi-x yet,,, will have a look in a bit if my battery lasts out (didn't plug it in while I was watching the films :shakehead )
