Yesterday I got a call to go to a local "shop" to have a look at why a porta cabin had lost it's electrical supply.
After confirming that the supply had indeed tripped I had a bot of a mooch at a few things..
On removing the cover to a WP enclosure that the SWA was glanded into (on the outside of the metal porta cabin) I saw that the grommet had slipped and noticed a little bit of damage to the L conductor that was passing through the hole.
As you can see, whoever installed the supply in the first instance was a bit over zealous with their knife
Needless to say I cut out the affected bit of cable and replaced it with some 16mm insulated and sheathed that I had on the van,,, and ensuring that the grommet was refitted correctly
