As an aside, gutted & I mean SERIOUSLY GUTTED, our 2 off 300 disk CD changers have stopped working together tonight, so I will have to play to see what is wrong, absolutely devastated, they are nearly full & I normally have them on random mix across both with no delay, so I get continuous music out of them.  X(   X(   X(   :_|   :_|   :_|
EAC + zzimages.jpgold PC might work out cheaper and easier in the long run.

Well Thin Lizzy's Jailbreak Album was my first ever cassette but my dad got that for me.  As far as I can remember, when I was a teen I was into Ozzy Osbourne so it could have been Bark at the Moon on 12" vinyl purchased from Reddingtons Rare Records in Birmingham.

Ah  the great Danny Reddington   eh!  Robin ?      Shops gone       He,s online now , but The Diskery is still there for those into old vinyl .

Take a look at website , Reddington's Rare Records.co.uk

Yep, used to love collecting vinyl and going into birmingham on a saturday spending ages in record shops annoying whoever was behind the counter asking them what was playing on the shops speaker system.

With vinyl at least you felt like you had bought something worthwhile.  Even now I never download music, I have to buy the cd and then transfer it from computer to whatever device I am using.
