Should a charity hiring a hall in a church ask to see the church's EICR? Public are invited to use the hall with the charity, and chargers for laptops and mobile phones are used.
It's an IT cafe' for problem solving for senior citizens.

Good question. The hall should be inspected regularly

Due diligence says they should, same as you would to see an MoT for a vehicle. People get the strange idea charities are exempt from such things, although chuch should not rent space unless thye can show it's safe.
