can somebody tell me if i can add my led light strips to this junction box or do i have to use the plug and transformer coming with them ? i have three linked mini junctions with a tube under cupboard light in each currently wired to a wall light switch. i want to change to 3 x 5 mtr led strip lights for media wall . this whole wall will be covered with wall panelling so reveals no longer needed

The junction box is 230v AC... LED's do NOT run off 230v AC..

Hence the manufacture supplies a suitable transformer to reduce the voltage and convert to DC..
Looking on the back of that transformer your lights use 24v DC..

If you choose to bypass the supplied transformer there will be some smoke escaping somewhere on your LED's
