How do i find the rms value of a sinusoidal waveform? I know RMS is equivalent to 0.707. But thats all I know I know at the minute. Just trying to get some last minute revision in!

Ive been on a few job where you have to wear gloves. Other blokes did alright with it but I hated every second. I cant do anything with gloves on and the amount of screws I dropped must be triple figures!

Thing is, how do you prevent against accidents like that? How are you supposed to tell if armoured cable is damaged internally?
