Our members seem polarised. There is a poll running neck and neck somewhere. The consensus would be that Fluke or Megger are the best you can buy and anything else is a compromise because you can't afford one.

An interesting point considering your CCTV credentials. What about when the police are building up a dossier of minor offences on a criminal? What if the police are unable to identify a suspect within 30 days? What if a rape was reported late because the victim was badly traumatised?
