    downlight recommendation

    anyone recommend a downlight for a 86mm hole, max depth of 60mm. joiner used a holesaw the outer diameter of the light and everything else i can find that will fit in the hole are too deep... converter plates will looks shite. may end up with joiner reboarding it...

    people answering phone with their number

    missed a call today whilst on the phone to someone else, so phone them back a few minutes later. instead of the usual 'hello',  i get '456 xxxx' er... yes, i already know your phone number. i just called it. why do people do that?! do they get that many calls starting by checking their number...

    Fire alarm spur

    Anyonw know much about fire alarm regs? @kerching Site has a fire alarm panel with a fused spur adjacent. fed from its own circuit at the DB. fire alarm co are saying this is wrong and the fused spur needs replaced (they havent said what with). is this correct?
