    Its a fire system in FP gold with Its own panel, smoke heads, sounders etc. All cable is to be p clipped 9 inches apart. Still 10 thousand meters should prove no trouble. Its in a new build and incredible cold lol ha ha ha. Around 600 devices.

    "Scantronic 9448+ Style" installation manual

    Have user code to hand. undo panel screws, remove panel cover, panel will go into tamper, enter user code, this will silence alarm, do the job, replace cover, re-enter user code. reset panel. job done. i am a security systems engineer turned electrician ( still doing my time) O)

    You have to prove your "competent" to carry out pat testing. If you employ five or more people you need a health and safety policy, not pat testing as there is no direct requirement that states "you must have pat testing" . Instead the requirement is from the electricity at work regulations...
