Actually a LOT of single oven built in ovens DO come with a 13A plug on. I cut them off and connect into an FCU or flex outlet plate.

Double ovens that have a higher power rating (when both ovens are on together) usually come with an unterminated flex, or just a terminal box on the back.

My missus doesn't do enough cooking to warrant a double oven!
