I have a Dewalt 10.8v Impact its a little beast battery lasts ages loads of power and uses same charger as my drills when it does want a charge.

It's let the smoke out!
I was giving it a hard time with some 6x50 screws and it started smoking, I assume it's over heating and burning the laminations, it still goes just not quite like it used to.
Not a great loss...
