if MCB has burn't out, it's almost certainly down to cable clamp not being done up properly, but it still didn't set fire to the box.

So apart from the lack of 20A MCBs, and the work being rough, can't see much wrong with the rest of it.

2  X  32A  MCBs  look like they should be 20A  or 16 A    plus the fairly obvious loose connection on the 32A  .

Although  Starbreakers are / were   one of the best boards ,    sometimes the MCB box terminals wouldn't  grab both conductors .   They'd be fine with a 6mm in there  but  could go wrong with 2 X 2.5   solids.

I have carried a single handed campaign against solid core  2.5  since it was inflicted upon us at the time of Metrication  but no one other than the rank & file are bothered .

Rough as a dogs aris.

BUT the placcy box did NOT combust.

What they hell were they running at 7AM to burn that out?
Not yet. Don’t think they had ever been tight. Heating engineers work. Rewired 5 years ago using existing 16 th edition C U. Burnt out MCB - It is a Ring unlike the other two 32 Amp radials, most of the sockets including Oven, W Mach, D washer, tumble dryer etc.

Fingers crossed you recommended an EICR ?
Booked for post lock down. Replaced first two 32s with 20s and after proving the ring was a ring replaced with a new 32.. Also going to provide new 20 Amp radial for the Oven along with RCBOs for the lighting and Boiler ccs.
Option to replace C U complete with Metal and all RCBOs.given
