As some of you regulars will remember I had a major disaster with my laptop, this is used only for work and contains all my programs work related. After a serious virus (not **** related) I lost all use, and re-booted using Ubuntu. One of the programs I lost was easycert, I contacted Brian at Tysoft and after a couple of e-mails, he remotely reset my subscription, therefore allowing me to continue to use the software.
