As some of you regulars will remember I had a major disaster with my laptop, this is used only for work and contains all my programs work related. After a serious virus (not **** related) I lost all use, and re-booted using Ubuntu. One of the programs I lost was easycert, I contacted Brian at Tysoft and after a couple of e-mails, he remotely reset my subscription, therefore allowing me to continue to use the software.

So I would like to thank Brian and Tysoft for some very good customer relations, and understanding.

I made no mention of my status, or even involvement with the forum, and he came good. So he based his actions on my individual plea.

 
I've had the same service from Brian on a couple of occations, when my laptop & desk top packed up.....one phone call all sorted.
