Yes he did ... And IMHO he was talking bull..... If that Reg makes it into the book then it will say non flammable (or plastics that meet the 900deg hot wire test), not metal

well, I dont think it will ban TT or compromise the safety requirements of it being required to have adequate protection within metal enclosures.
