Hi there guys, i'm looking for a little guidance with regard to pricing.

I've recently started up my own business and am a little wayward with what the standard price would be for a loft conversion in the greater London area.

I have attached a standard estimate which i'm using at the moment and would like some feed back as to whether it may over or under priced?!

I appreciate that not each job is the same and cable runs, CU positions ect could differ but have tried to take that into account.

Another thing is per point the way to go or rather labour/materials?????

Any advice would help a great deal!!

Thanks

How long do you think it will take. Under what circumstances would you charge extra? Round quote to nearest sensible amount.

And welcome

Won't go far wrong with that price, not that I am familiar with London rates. Biggest mistake is always underpricing, of which I am still guilty far too often. When doing jobs like attics you have to factor in half days and short days because of working around other trades which means you always spend longer on the job than planned.

Thanks for the feedback guys :)

m4tty its in london suburbs not central, binky i apprecciate the honesty - its not always easy getting the pricing right how ever long you've been in the game! ;) but am glad to see the general concensous is that its pretty much bang on the money!? i'm still a bit confused as to which is a better way of pricing ( per point or labour materials ) but i suppose each situation is different so its a bit of give and take.

Thanks alot guys hopefully i can help you out in the future
