boiler circuit

Can anyone tell me if a combi boiler requires its own circuit or can it be spured from say downstairs sockets?

can be from sockets, but if place being re-wired etc, best on its own circuit

it can be wired from any circuit that can handle the rating, usually 150w, obviously not a circuit intended for a fixed load. I have wired them from 'socket' circuits and 'lighting' circuits if needs be.

But when re-wiring as andy says preferably on its jack jones.

Do you mean it should be connected via a fused spur?
