BS7671 for smart phones??

Does anyone know of any plans for the big "GREEN" book to be made available for smart phones like apple or android? Surely it would make sense!!

AFAIAA it is available as an electronic version so all you have to do is download it from your PC to your phone.

Not that I am in any way shape or form advocating this, [as i am certain that it would be a very WRONG thing to do] but, wouldn't that be a handy article in the downloads section!
