Having worked for BT on the tools i can say the only ones used (and in this order) are: -1) Flask of Tea

2) Big Mug for Tea

3) Krone Tool / BT Yellow Side Cutters / Screwdriver

4) Yellow Butt Phone

i have not had one fail yet and if you ensure its flush when done there shouldnt be problem.

i have the correct tool aswell and i still ensure its flush after use.

Well this is starting to go round in circles. Either use the proper tools or don;t, I'm not arsed either way. I use the proper tools, that's it. Done, finished, no more to be said.
