I would say that the JIB apprentice rate (with own transport) should only cover too and from the office or site, this is an assumption as I have no direct experience of this, but it's what I would expect... if you didn't get the "with own transport" payment then someone would have to come and pick you up.

im employed as an apprentice, so im not going to speak up, and do what they say until i qualify, they are good to me though, jib wages, and they have paid for my 17th and 2391, they are also going to pay for the 2391-20 as well.

only bad thing is the mileage situation.
