commercial kitchen

Hi all,

I'm quoting a job and a doubt came up...

Just wondering (as a guideline) what the IP rating should be for a commercial kitchen (switches, sockets, etc)?

Also, PVC or steel conduit and accessories?

Many commercial kitchens I've been in had just the basic white accessories unless in certain area where they would need ip rating i.e. in a chiller area they had ip rated sockets or near the pot washing areas they had ip rated have they specified ip rated accessories
