Hi slipshod it's fixings shop with a huge warehouse hence the reason needing something loud. there is also a Frieland door bell for the warehouse door in the same area so they wanted different sounds

Deke - NO on the relay would be the same as just using the NC switch wouldnt it ?

Yes you're right , my mistake ...should be NC ..held open by the coil ...closes when coil is de-energised.     :Salute :C

Hi every 1 just come back to say thanks for all the help got it working thanks to the diagram evans and canoe gave me.

Off for a few beers now I've worked all bank holiday weekend !
