Where is the best place to advertise a job get get decent local sparks? Any opinions would be appreciated

if you pay decent wages you will get good sparks no matter where you advertise,

its just a matter of weeding out the pratts and the 5week wonders,

depending on cards in or sub you have to think what the bottom line is that a decent guy [or girl] is worth,

what sort of money are you offering?

SE its very doubtful you will get anyone decent for less than 125£/day seems to be the going rate,

not saying they are any good though,

but, there are so many 5ww out there driving the prices down some folks think they have to compete,

end up, you will get what you pay for.
