Agree with admin you have got to be so careful but these people really do make you mad especially when they set up another business time and time again.

However, it is a legal requirement that contact details for officers of limited companies are in the public domain.

Relates to the Patchmeisters post.

I have been subjected to similar situations myself with customers going under owing me money, and suppliers going under owing me credits.

On the same theme, I hear that Connaught's demise has also caused problems for another wholesaler, Wilts. Electrical. Rumour has it that they have taken a hit not unadjacent to

 
And I guess there are a lot more businesses large & small suffering losses due to the Connaughts failure. :( :( :(
Be interested to know if any forum members were doing any subcontracting for Connaught & have lost out financially.

 
what Express Electrical did is not illegal it is called pre-pack administration, but it is about time it was made illegal. It is nothing short of fraud.

I also don't see how it can be against the law to dispaly directors addresses, it is a requirement that these are public and can be easily found from free reports or by paying a small fee. It is almost like saying that it is illegal to say that David Cameron lives at No 10 Downing Street
