Ive upgraded my Virgin media package and have ended up with multi room for a extra

Be careful buying standard remote extenders as the cable remotes use more complex signalling than normal tv and sky. Most dont support cable remotes...... but some do !

thanks for the help, ive seen the keene stuff looks good. I know video senders would be easy to do and probably work ok but ive never seen one in action, and im not overly keen on wireless stuff iradiating my home LOL. Will go down that route if I have to though.

Having a rethink now may keep the box downstairs, I already have a Cat5 installed but can easily replace this (Cat6) or double up, anyone used these before?
