fair price for 6kw + 9.5kwh battery system

Hi
I've just been quoted £12,200 for the following

Supply and fit and all certificates and paperwork for
15 x 400w panels ( 6kw system)
5kw Hybrid inverter
9.5kw battery
all fittings, cables, isolators

Does this seem like a fair price? Its the only quote i've been able to get despite ringing like 10 solar installers but don't want to go for it if its way too much.

I'm in the south west near Bristol.
Any help welcome.

I've seen far worse quotes than that. I would check the company out on-line as much as you can to see if they are any good, but installers are pretty much flat out currently, and even with the capped energy prices, I doubt you would regret it. It's not just the orice of naterials either, scaffolding can easily cost £1k alone for a larger roof on a 2 story house.

thanks binky. good to know its not extortionate.
I couldn't find much on the company online but the two electrician who came out seemed genuine. They are mega busy and can't do anything until towards the end of the year which i guess is a good sign.

Seems reasonable compared to some quotes I’ve had so far with less of a spec. Would you mind sharing g who that was with?
