I will be in Felixstowe next weekend, but am going for a car show so wont have any tools or inclination to work. If anyones in the area and likes Classics, hot rods or American cars be down the seafront on Saturday afternoon.
Have you still got your Cortina i still have mine but on the look out for a new engine.

it was more directed at MM,and your punnet of strawberries, no matter how full, wouldnt get much work out of me, :slap
:slap :slap

Fridge always ready for any beer related emergency, loads of beach front bars to boot (in between arcades)

I have, but its been under a cover in the back garden for 2 years. I think i might sell it as its only going to deteriorate and i have a few other cars i am having fun with
Got mine MOTed last year but haven't used it as it runs like a pig. The chap i brought it off said it had been converted to run on unleaded but i am not so sure. Saving pennies up at the moment to get it sorted. What other cars do you have.

The lead was primarily to protect the valve seats it prevents pitting as it acts as a lubricant.

The only other thing may be that unleaded is lower octane than 4* IIRC, so the timing may need a tweak.

I worked loads on 60's, 70's, 80's, & early 90's motors!

I look forward to it every year, what car are you bringing or are you just looking?

My brother in law takes his Matchless down each year and has won a few prizes, perhaps i will catch up if your around.
I will be there in my Metalic blue 68 Plymouth Roadrunner, probably the only one there.
