hi i am trying to get a replacement 4-12 zone panel

( only 4 zones in use ) emailed the address on there site

but it just comes back.

are they still tradeing ?

i need a panel or a mother board can anyone help ?

Most modern fire panels are interchangeble. I am not sure about fire sense other than I think they are still trading,

hi gh thanks for the reply yes i tried there web site

the contact us link the email address just comes back

mail demon error in address i will just have to get another panel

its a standard 2 wire system just thought it might have been

better to swap out the mother board

Why not just try phoning them up during work hours. The number is on their website. If they answer then they're trading.

Alot of firms have technical issues with sites and if they are not tech savvy or nobody informs them, then they dont get fixed.

i've had similar experiance with e mailing,

tried my normal address and got demon message,tried another address and it sent ok!

get another address (hotmail for example)and try it Pray

Firesense are very very good panels but make sure you have it 110% spot on level as if they are slighting out the door can twist and hit the evac button
