I think what the OP is referring too is the second pic with the threaded socket at the base of the piece?I have no idea what you're talking about,
I can see no threaded bar/bolt or anything similar.
It may of helped if you had a pic of the board they come from??fuse problem, 2 fuses linked by threaded bolt, tried talking to CEF to no avail, anybody know where i can source this?
The Red Spot fuse carriers that we had that were straight onto the busbars had moulded rear entry plastic brass studding on it 0BA I think. It isn't smashed at the side it had suffered severe thermal damage, the threaded part is where it bolts to the busbar it all seems obvious to me a new base is required. Try contacting Eaton to see if they are still available.
You need to address why they have suffered such thermal damage.
The fact the labels are all peeling from the MEM carriers even the one just out of shot indicate some issues going on.The Red Spot fuse carriers that we had that were straight onto the busbars had moulded rear entry plastic brass studding on it 0BA I think.
I can see what you are saying about the hole being thermal damage, I presume the OP knocked the actual charred bit away before taking the picture.
