Fused test Leads

I am in need of a set of Fused Test leads, however not the type where the fuse is in the probe at the end. I need a set off leads that have a 4mm plug at both ends and a fuse inline as well. My internet trawl has failed to produce a single candidate. Anyone seen such a beast or am I going to have to get out the tools and build a prototype?

If it's any help at all we could make up a set for you, I have had a chat with the guys in the Lab and they would use the Fluke TL224 (See link) and then use an inline fuse holder.
