Had this message left on answer phone today.

"the pelmet lights you left for us are to big we have finaly got the cupboards fitted & the light fittings can be seen under the cupboards, can you swap them for something smaller"

Wouldn't mind but I did the re-wire job 2 years ago, agreed to leave pelmet lights with them to be fitted at a later date (not thinking 2 years though) as they hadn't got the kitchen fitted.

Had a phone call yesterday from a woman who was selling a house and the solicitor wanted any certs from electrical work carried out since jan 2005.

She had but no certs :(

apparently her son had rewired the refurbed house and know they require an EIC for the work Applaud SmileyApplaud Smiley

I said too late no one will give an EIC for someone elses work

she used to get the from a sparky friend but has now moved away (
