Well thank you sarah beeny;

Now every customer will be thinking it ok for them to put in circuits but just get a sparks to do the final connection & test....and want a cheaper job.

No mention of part P either from what I saw.

Cables draped under floor no clipping :C If you dont know how dont give advice!

At least a realistic price for a rewire was given.....cough cough.......

Shes been in hot water recently for 'forgetting' to obtain planning permission for alterations to her house in East Yorkshire - TEN years she has apparently forgotten for.AndyGuinness
I thought if six or seven years went by then you had got away with it?

It's the same with Melinda Messenger on Cowboy Builders. Why would someone with no building knowledge ever be allowed to present, let alone give advice on building matters. Some of these people just encourage cowboys

Unfotunately with most on cowboy builders I have no sympathy they go for a cheap job get ripped off because there is no way in the world anybody could do the job for what they are quoted then cry because its all gone wrong.

To be fair, its a change of use the council is after her for. Her defence is the building never had any use listed against it as it was so old and had been used for such varied things in its past,

i should have got some yt2 could have saved some cash on my super rod set wounder if the cable was supported

I expect better from sarah, ive seen help my house is falling down where they replace the ceiling and the floor and leave ****e wiring between! also a big thing was made of fire in a particular property and then fitted battery smoke alarms close to the corners of the walls.

As for cowboy builders i always watch if i want to see cables at first fix not in safe zones, and thats after the 'experts' have been there. Last night was a good example.

Cowboy trap is another good one, on the rare occasion im home to see it!
