Hi all. I've just come over from another forum that didn't seem to be that nice to people like me whose only route into the trade is by doing a 5 week course. I work as a plumber at the moment running my own business and I'm now looking to get experience with another electrician to build up to eventually doing jobs on my own.

Welcome Cr0ft, some people don't like the idea of 5DW (five day wonders) however if you join in, ask questions when not sure and don't underestimate the enormity of the challange facing you, you will surely benefit from the the wealth of experience garnered from years of hard graft. I am sure as a plumber you will understand this and become a valued member.
