Hi, does anyone have a Huawei setup? and if so, do you use the FusionSolar app to monitor it? I’ve have my solar and batteries for about 15 months now and generally very happy with it, but, the FusionSolar app has started to be troublesome. I’ve reported it to the helpline ,but they’re useless. Does anyone use another app that they recommend, and is easy to setup with my invertor.
I am also looking into the invertor and dongle sender, which maybe the cause but the suppliers aren’t interested and as said before the Huawei helpline is useless.
