Work required new bathroom:

cap off all old pipework in old bathroom

fit new bath shower & sanitary ware.

With the money saved he might just have enough to stock up KME's massive beer fridge!

And have enough left to top off the forum fridge, too ;)

At those prices, I`d be plumbing it meself, too - and hep2o at that - can`t really call it proper plumbing, can you?

My in the pocket plumber said thanks but no thanks to busy with boilers & heating jobs......

Apparently plumbers have a pecking order..... Gas safe/Boiler/Heating boys & Girls are top dogs, followed by commercial plumbers.............your domestic bathroom/kitchen plumbing industry is now full of what we in the electrical world would class as a 5ww.

it takes as long as 5 weeks to become a plumbit?

surely you only need to know that water flows through a pipe and how to fit a speed fit connector and your done?

I'll swap jobs if you like! I spent yesterday afternoon fixing a saniflo unit. The tenants had tried to flush a jumper. And left me to remove it - what a **** job.

Itmust have been installed by 5ww- fcu stuck to the wall with silicone. And saniflo discharging into open gulley, not soil stack. Bet that smells nice in the summer.
