insulation cladding

Just quoted for an alarm system in an ex council place, there having that insulation stuff clad to the outer walls etc next month, so Im thinking of taking everything out side, in some black conduit, question is will they be ok with cladding over conduit? I hear they take wastes off and re attach after. Il be leaving the bell till after obviously, hopefully they'll bring out my wire for me. Anyway, just wondered it anyone has worked with the stuff before, the insulation company is wates, and it's a council grant scheme.

Wouldn't it be easier to just give them a call?? Put forward your proposals and see what they have to say.

Trying, they want me to drive to whatever site they are working in and ask them there rather than telling me over the phone via an office skivvie.
