Insurances?

So my renewal for PL and PI insurances has arrived with Tool cover it’s costing a little under£400 for the year. Anyone with a recommendation for something cheaper? I’m tired of insurance costs going up and never making any claims on them.

Well. If you are a Stroma member the insurance is very cheap!

I just changed mine to Direct Line Business, and almost halved the cost.  But I get the feeling it might go up next year and I will be looking to change again if it does.

I’m looking for £5m PL, £500k PI and £4-£5k tools. 

Currently with Hiscox through Jelf Insurances.

Tools have always been expensive to insure ,  last time I was quoted it was £1000  /yr  .   I took my chances .  

I've now dropped my insurance from £5m   to £2 m   so I can't compare  , although it was always reasonable ,  with  Gladiator in Swansea . 

Could try   A-plan Insurance , they did me a reasonable deal on my van  , do other stuff too.

I used the same broker for the house, contents, cars, my photographic PI & PL along with all the photographic kit. Saved all the hassle and I got a good discount.
