Sack the tiler, could have at least got the joints in line with the plate screwsROTFWL

personally I prefer the bottom of my accessory on the tile line,

100mm tiles?

then unless you know that at 1st fixed you are kinda stuffed,

but at least they are all level, as any decent job should be.

nice, where'd you get the angled socket, could do with a couple for my own kitchen, Aggie wants to move microwave and something else, can the socket plate be fitted 'upside down' as such?

looks good though. :D

I got the angled socket from TLC

it's a K104 (Knightsbridge:( :( )... it can be installed either way up... was a right PITA to fit though, each socket is seperate and has it's own enclosure which is only really big enough to fit a flex,, not 2 x 2.5T&E... they are DI so the metal part isn't earthed

My link lights (T5) were a good fit, only ended up with 30mm space at each end;)

what brand are the lights? they give off a good colour, or are they standard t5 tubes in bright white?

Agree with the comments about the angled sockets (they do switches, too). Real ***** to connect. The pop-up towers`re better, IMO
she wants the micro on a shelf, and the stairs slope back onto that part so an angled socket would (I think) look pretty good fitted under the slope. wont really be noticeable normally, until she decides to move it somewhere else.!

Whilst we`re on the subject:

I`ve just fitted these in our kitchen - LED Under Cupboard Fittings

Used to have 20W halostar lamps, but they looked pants. They`re under 3 no. 500mm glass-fronted cabinets, which we lit using white cold-cathode tubes. They look really good - When its done I`ll post a couple of photies ;)

affordable too. :D

I still havent fitted my under cupboard lights, nor my kickboard lights, nor lots of other stuff,

you dont make money at your own house, only spend it. :(
