There’s quite a few that don’t need an MCB. Elucian ( now m go to board ) is another

Maybe there are two cables going to lights and they have joined them outside the CU so there is only one cable at the MCB

Until there is a definitive reg thats states dual rcd boards are non compliant then people are going to still fit them. Every new build by the big companies still have them as they save a few quid.

Yes they are compliant at the time of install if balanced correctly, but start adding to them and they very soon don't comply. But you can't turn round to a customer and say your unit is 12 months old and doesn't comply so it's going to cost you £700 for a new board.

6mm on a B40 for "future shower"
No neutrals at switch ….all old school JBs everywhere
2 o/s sockets one above the other with 6” swa joining from bottom of one to top of other AND BW glands

otherwise you would never know when the internal components have ignited ??
