Look what I found @ lunchtime

As I was going in search of my lunch I spotted this:

I went and told the manager, who didn't seem bothered. He said everything works ok.............

I left without touchting anything metalic and suggested he got it checked!

Looks like it's been pulled off to me? Can't imagine a spark would leave it like that? The'd remove the earth wire atleast? You can see the cover smashed up.

Thats one o them exported earths aint it, exported from the surrounding air. D

Is it possible that it was hit by a tractor or similar and completly removed? There may be alternative earthing arrangements made (and not the unlucky person who touches a class I appliance and takes it to earth).

Looks like the cable has been cut rather than ripped off as it were.

I do not think a sparky would leave it like that they would remove the cable to avoid any confusion.

I would like to think they have had a new supply put in with an earth if not its downright dangerous, regardless of if it works or not.
