Looking for work in Luton/Dunstable (Bedfordshire) area

Hi

I have previously posted on here last year as Bluesmoke with a similar request.

I have written to a few companies/standalone sparkies etc but have been unsuccessful so far.  I am coming to the end of my City & Guilds 2365 at Level 2 at college (final exam and practical in May) with a view to continue on to the Level 3 next term on a self funding basis.  I am seeking a placement in the Luton/Dunstable area of Bedfordshire, although I am willing to travel a reasonable distance.  As a mature career changer I am keen to get stuck in to assist an Electrician for hands on learning within the trade paid would be preferred but am willing to work for free initially.  I have a full clean driving licence and have good timekeeping. 

Any advice would be gratefully accepted
